Willmott Dixon re-design construction and social media

After years of watching other sectors take the lead, the power of social media to connect construction companies with their audience has now been fully-recognised, with Willmott Dixon just one example of using sophisticated platforms to enhance the relationship between construction and social media.

Willmott Dixon, the privately owned contracting, residential and property support company, has a diverse audience to communicate and engage with, as well as multiple localised and project-based social accounts to manage.

To simplify their social media presence, the company is implementing a complete social media management platform to segment their brands, social accounts and better serve their audiences.

Willmott Dixon has recently partnered with SocialSignIn, a UK-based social media management solution that makes social customer service and social media communications effective and simple – boosting social engagement and making it a key channel in Willmott Dixon’s communication strategy.

“We are looking forward to showing our stakeholders the power that social media has. We already have strong communication channels serving a large audience – and now we need to build important social media into our strategy – finding an effective way to manage, measure and inform our activity,“ said Hannah Fuller, Communications Manager.

“SocialSignIn was the perfect choice, their partnership approach means that we have found a future-proofed solution that directly incorporates our feedback into their development roadmap. With their real-time support and all-in-one platform, we now have the tools to bring our social media into the modern age – setting an example throughout our industry.” said Hannah.
